Library User Satisfaction Survey (11th -25th April, 2019) is the annual Library survey that we have conducted since 2015.
The aim is to identify the areas which need improvement and to render a service which is relevant to users’ needs and expectations. It would be much appreciated if you could kindly fill in this survey. The form should take no longer than 3 minutes to complete! Please note that your answers will be treated with complete confidentiality and will be entirely anonymous.
