2018 Library User Satisfaction Survey (07-31 May) is the annual Library survey that we have conducted since 2015.
The aim is to identify the areas which need improvement and to render a service which is relevant to users’ needs and expectations. It would be much appreciated if you could kindly fill in this survey. This should not take more than 5 minutes.
