All First
Year Students (PhD/M.Tech/B.Tech) are required to collect library
membership forms between 9.00am to 5.30pm
from -1 Level (Technical Section) of
the Library and have to submit form after filling it in order to get book
issued or to avail Library Services.
No membership form will be entertained after
12th of August, 2017.

One recent colored passport size
photograph.

Your valid E-Mail ID.
- ·
Your valid Mobile Number.
- ·
Kindly fill up complete information
required in the form
- ·
Use Capital Letter only even for E-mail
ID.
- ·
Check your account details at “OPAC” Systems.
Library membership is mandatory to all students to avail Library services.
